Look again at the experience of Sweden, where only the vulnerable were protected and the healthy population was allowed to go about life as normal. No masks, no shutdowns, no forced vaccinations. Where are they today? Herd immunity and Covid is just about gone.

Every year in America, on average about 35,000 people died from Influenza. Did anybody ever suggest shutting down the country because of this? Did anybody ever suggest mandating vaccination? Did anybody ever even consider a mask mandate during Flu season? What is so different now? Do you place any value whatsoever on individual liberty? I do.

From the limited data I see, the rate of re-infection rivals or exceeds that of people getting the vaccine. What data have you used to arrive at your conclusion?

I'm not saying that getting the vaccine wouldn't add more protection but I'd think those who had Covid are on the same footing as getting vaccinated.
