They were issued in case, also didn't they help with the shares we received (or no?)...you heard the court when they were about to cancel them out and then the judge, just said leave them in because its not causing harm....

I beleive underwrites know much more than any of us on this message board, why they opted to join class 19. So 3 points indicate something is there, but problem is the TIME. Unerwrites can wait 10 or so more years but individual investors cannot.
I gave releases to 3000 DIMEQ I was overseas I got no settelment money. It is gone for me. Because i cannot folow it up now kind of late. Similar things can happen to P or K if it goes on 10 more years.
