Interesting !! and I can understand why a JPS plaintiff might so argue if indeed FORCED JPS conversion is not in the authority of FHFA FNMA TREASURY OR THE COURT
At same time --- even while logical for JPS to argue A or B is good by us
Seems to be a very different argument to say --- it (SP LT ) should be zero - gone - removed V we are ok if you make SP at LT amount owners of Fannie and or Freddie
Not sure how you argue both But I am not paid to figure it out
