I don't agree with the conclusion to convert the LP into common stocks. Actually, the LP should have been zeroed long ago.

I can argue that the damage is done - it is permanent - (the damage portion ) it can be measured (argued) as that amount of damage done to the capital structure by WATT who could not be fired by DJT

hhmm --- that does seem focused on the top dog and THAT issue - and does not ask for death to FHFA - but compensation for damage already done to the capital position of F and F
