Don't pay much attention to Jackie. He's another Bull who refuses to accept reality. He said lots of things in 2018 and beyond that did not come true.
1)This is what he said on 08/26/18:" I have been holding and adding for some time now. I am in this for the big win and willing to hold for another year if that is what it takes".
2)On 02/07/2019 he said: I am expecting the lawsuit to be over before the end of 1st quarter 2020. I am thinking that the judgement of the ITC will help persuade Apple to settle if it is enforced.
It's now 3 years and he's still holding. Jackie is living on Hope that Beyers will look out for him, like many of us before him thought so too. The new SEC rules will change all that. No filing you go to the gray market.
