Not the first retool for this Corp. The management team for the EV project really made a mess of things and they bounced. Vik, current CEO, was appointed to clean up the mess and make something out if the company. He developed a new strategy for LED lights, smart buildings, virus mitigation, etc. Renamed the company,etc etc.
At this point Vik has had some stumbles, to put it mildly, but has a chance to make things right this week and close a M&A deal by the 31st as he planned to. This deal brings in plenty of revenue for the Corp.
It's a wait and see and this point if you've got the stomach for it. I'm hopeful, but not naive.
