Only in anevex world is improvement actually a slowing of decline vs a crappy standard of care. Sava owners understand that if a patient improves cognitive scores that actually means the patient did get better and certainly better than a downward trending SOC or a drug that's claim to fame is might be better than than SOC but worse in baseline comparison.
