xoom....like I posted before, I am agnostic about recoveries on common escrow markers....I don't believe, then I don't disbelieve....I will just let it playout according to the guys that control the events here...one main problem that I have here is the complete silence from Wmih about anything concerning equity getting anything after the chapter 11 close.... now, I understand that they cannot issue the amounts, or time frame, but at the very least they could verify that a return is planned, or something to that effect...the silence speaks volumes here...I don't see any harm to the company by a positive announcement about this....if in fact they are really going to return anything to equity holders...IMO, the fact that the company says nothing, can only mean just that..nothing is coming back....Lodas
