The gov't got the word out, they are well aware of the lawsuit.
The media does know about the lawsuit but would never disclose that a Whistleblower claims 45,000 deaths.....that would destroy the panic to push the vaccines. Nobody would ge the jab after hearing that. They will keep it under raps as long as possible.
