Ask yourself why the SEC has approved so many new rules? It’s not to make us more passive in our approach with them. More rules means more enforcement that’s just what the government does…..so I respectfully disagree with you regarding ENFORCEMENT. That being said…will it be timely? It better be timely or everyone will pull their money out of Wall Street and buy Cypto. Market collapses Citadel gets margin call. Win Win

IMHO what needs to happen are MARGIN CALLS to turn wheels of justice...IMHO I not looking to SEC, regulatory bodies or politicians to initiate anything here....it will be the crooks turning on the crooks....
