What is Jock doing for VNUE, since you seem to be in the know?

Perhaps he is coordinating the financing but that gets to my question -- how much money and where is it? It's taking what seems like FOREVER...although I will acknowledge rapid approval of the S-1 by the SEC..that was a nice surprise. So what's the holdup now?

I wish them well with RH, but I just don't want it to detract from Soundstr development. The 1-3 year payoff to VNUE investors from Soundstr commercialization - as presented in the 10k - should be far more than from RH.
