none, just lots of hope and dreams that were smashed but some still in denial. they just dont get it, SC decision put the onus on shareholders to take the case, there should have been mountains of cases afterwards. there is just talk....and more talk about what should happen. no one is leaving there study, office, cellar, attic, spare bedroom, to do anything but post their opinions.
Once a case is certified as class action, shareholders on record will be sent notices through their brokerage firms. Case in Judge Lamberth 's court could get certified as class action. Also, Washington Federal in Court of Federal Claims.
As derivative claims benefit the corporations, they are kind of class action and indirectly benefit all shareholders. Common and preferred.
