i honestly do not want to make any predictions other than the swings will be wild in both directions

but the gap might be respected it might not.

I will definitely buy some if $12s are seen again

If no offering tomorrow you could see the 30's again, if an offering is hit during or before the earnings report, which is tomorrow, this stock will hit 10 bucks tomorrow. The company is limited in funds only 5 million dollars from their last report, probably down to virtually nothing by now, so they are going to need some heavy cash, especially if they want to get into production.
