A new SEC enforcement action, this against a guy called Charlie Abujudeh. The alleged fraud took place between August 2019 and September 2020; the agency seems to be moving faster these days.

The stocks involved are Odyssey Group International (ODYY), Scepter Holdings (BRZL), and CannaPharmaRx (CPMD).
