Agree with you on Tim Howard. If you read his response to Terry Wespestad yesterday, you saw his suggestion that Biden just reverse what Bush and Paulson did in 2008.

Why would we compromise with swindlers? They need to return the NWS, the 10% dividend and the warrants. They also need to get rid of the SPS that are being propped up by the BOGUS Accumulated Deficit.

SCOTUS has finally overruled the dubious government defence that only FHFA can sue itself during the conservatorship.

I am not involved in any lawsuits, but if the warrants are exercised or sold to third parties, I will sue.

The day before conservatorship, @FannieMae closed at $7.04; @FreddieMac at $.5.10 . Yet, @FHFA gave @USTreasury warrants to buy 79.99% of the corporations for $72,400. That's a $45.9 billion FRAUD at the onset of conservatorship.

Problem is there's nothing in it for bureaucrats or politicos in a settlement and they don't look good eating Gooberments Crow either. It's better for them to say the Courts did it and play victim even while they're actually the perpetrators coz people are so misinformed they'll win their sympathy.
