You're correct I was in Vn.e as well and the run! I agree with you, this is getting ready to run hard as well. IMO!

A $150 million valuation acquisition, this is trading for an MC of around $23 million and pps of .0035. Even at par with the valuation, the pps estimates are about ($150M/$23M)X .0035 = .022 cents. This is not considering the multiples. Normally I would assign a multiple of 2X to 3X.

What am I missing here. Maybe I'm missing something that's transpiring here.
