well a stock that runs up on IPO and comes back to earth--if that is on insiders, that is your version
as far as insiders selling or buying--maybe you missed the link that was included??
I always like to see company employees using their own money and buying shares (I know--those tiny lil windows)
but even you can't disagree they developed a product--got it thru trials--got it FDA approved--got listed on Nasdaq (and still buy their company stock)--you poo pooh that/get after it
maybe you find it easier done than said--and thats "run into the ground"--or you call that a "takeover" ??
Funny how some say the buck should always stop with the CEO and they apply that to NP — eg the FDA refusing 4 shots for CD12 trial — yet when ECOR value gets driven into the dirt, their Mgmt gets a free pass.
