Jerry, According to one of the lawyers that posts on social media, he said that the latest stunt by PM with the patent board could delay a decision on PMS' claim for possibly 6 moths to 1 year. He also said the judge may see this as just another delay tactic and will rule on the dismissal case anyway before the patent board issue is ruled on.
To put it another way. NO ONE KNOWS what will happen or when it will happen. With their new patent which seems to eliminate the toxic metals from being inhaled in the vape process. This looks huge for HCMC.
