This is not ordinary course of business. I'm calling this guy today to try an elicit some specific information. What he's doing is pure attempted market manipulation.
The S-1 also states that there are a variety of factors that will determine the pricing of the stock/warrants...not just the closing price of the stock before the up-list.
Great article out from BZ today on the Cor system. It looks pretty damn sleek. 2000 watt inverter can power a lot of devices. I'm glad they bumped the inverter size up to 2000 rather than the 1500 they were targeting. Definitely provides off grid power for a variety of activities.
Changeable batteries with no power interruption is unique. Nice selling point.
