That is a fair analysis of the situation. I always say to take it for what it's worth. And once again reiterate this. Even when they become current, the price of the shares will be all that matters in the end. We all will just have to wait and see because words are just words for now.

If they told someone they are working on filings and did not release that info publicly, they have already broken the law whether they are telling the truth or not. The SEC is pretty specific about such matters.
