Great comment…which could be the basis of a great new post.
Maybe a post offering the Biden Administration a roadmap forward,
that can bounce around the west wing halls until someone
sees the path forward.

I’m a bit ahead of you on this. I’ll be doing a short paper
for someone in a senior policy position in the administration
(I don’t give names), and this is a rough summary of how I’ve
been thinking of structuring it
