we have not been advised that there is an investigation on CATV or current CEO Michael Feldenkrais by the underlying authorities.

This is more BS from Feldenkrais and certainly isn't true.

The OTCM don't place a CE on a company because of what is posted on a stock forum.

Feldenkrais is trying to convince investors that the OTCM didn't read the complaint.

"This CE was generated as a result of the posting of an affidavit used in the arrest for Dror Svorai wherein CATV was mentioned."

Typical OTC CEO and shareholders - on the Big Boards Feldenkrais would be forced to resign.
