Don ... Clive does not have more Shares than Authorized, Period! Why would they not hold whatever they still have(rather than Dilute the Shareprice), and sell for much more profit after Mine/s Acquisition/s and Exchange Launch! Sorry, but the Toxic Note Theory does not stand up IMHO!

Yup, that is exactly what is going on....and coordination like that is serious fraud against investors. People go to jail for that kind of thing.
