Zep remember CBQI has not done any of the pitfalls that most OTCs do. CBQI has not issued debentures (easy Financing) PAid P&D newsletters and promotion firms (only 100K restricted stock for Craig's on line interview service), nor have they been a stock printing machine with SB, S8s and consulting fees.

CBQI stands very well own its own and has not done anything that a lot of OTCs do.
