955, the reason Rosie could not take away markers is ONLY because of Alice.

This according to what Rosie said in court which was when WMILT was dissolved (originally planned for March 2021) then Markers would be extinguished as well. Give credit to where credit is due!

To date, WMILT has NOT BEEN DISSOLVED and if one wants to believe is has been dissolved then prove it by showing the Delaware filing showing it dissolved which one CANNOT prove by showing the Delaware dissolution certificate/filing from WMILT.

The markers….the question came up in court and was answered in court. In a way, walrat was trying to please the coffee lady and hosen at the same time. The dtc already knows who owns what and how much…..the same goes for computer share……do we need the markers in our brokerage accounts no. They are already accounted for and dtc and computer share know exactly what goes where and to whom…….
