Other CEOs aren’t any better. I suggested that he brings a company into VGID rather than brining subsidiaries into SNTX and giving dividends

You can’t build shareholder value by giving dividends. Eventually people will take the dividends and sell VGID stock for cheap.

He needs to rethink his strategy
