Are you saying that cashiers check was signed by Mark Miller? Copy below, from the public PR.

The same Mark Miller who had already hired your firm before and payed your firm for work at Rock Creek Mine?

NWGC according to official public claims accessible by a simple Google search, took over Rock Creek Mine before that dated check was sent.

Was the Cashiers check returned, and on what date? Or did you cash the cashiers check and later decide to refund it by "certified mail?

Can you share a copy of the certified mail receipt with the date visible, and a clear copy of what was sent in that mail, the original cashiers check or a refund using a Burgex check?

Both issuers were being heavily promoted on social media and in chat rooms at the time Miller was charged.
