I do believe there is a fine line with OTCM, if any individual company shows good faith and pays OTCM, then OTCM will do what they can to facilitate moving those companies forward to keep them trading. The more filing companies, the more money OTCM makes. plain and simple logic.
those with changes other than really minor stuff, will remain tradable.
