If I had pulled a scam on a pump and dump, let me tell you- nobody would find the money. You think these guys are dumb enough to do a P&D then let the money sit in an account for someone to seize it. Baby-it's gone.

The company has no claim to that money, jersey. They were complicit in the fraud. Only injured parties have standing to recover losses, and in securities cases recovery is limited to actual losses.
