IIRC, the ban on bid/ask quotations for no info stocks takes effect at the end of September. But yes, the clock is ticking and I would not want to be a bag holder when the clock hits zero. It's pretty unlikely things are going to turn around in the next few weeks given this turd has been dead for the last 5+ years.
