I wish I could agree with that. Market levels right now are stupid because of stimulus, regardless F & F never really payed attention to market activity anyway. That said, I reiterate that once the news of never ending C-Ship sinks in, and that these other cases are YEARS out-and won't rule to usurp the high court in any event.
