Definitely a when. OTC is slammed on filings right now and I expect a couple of other tickers to show up on the OTC anyday now.
It's a shorties dream right now folks, TD with their self imposed BS deadline and if it was to send panic out there, they have succeeded and shorts will beat any stop signers down to a frizzle if you sell.
