Dennis has never been able to commercialize his product…and he has been trying for 10 years. Nothing has changed. He is simply the beneficiary of a rather irrational exhuberance across the OTC the last 7-8 months and some well coordinated SM pumping.
I wonder if Cellucci still has his Pref D?…it would appear so as of the last filing.
He could obliterate the stock unless Dennis decided not to honor conversion requests.
Interesting times. Don’t know why someone would come into this stock AFTER the 1000 bagger happened…but hey…to each their own.
