Read the Pestell Plaintiff Pleadings. You should be able to google it. When the news of the settlement was announced last week some of the pleadings were posted. I have personally heard the same account, that NP wanted Pestell and others to do unethical things. When he would not do them NP froze him out of contact with employees, then fired him.
