GEIND to become FORZ on or about

July 15, 16 or 19… depending on whether or

not July 5 is counted as a holiday or a business

day… IMO, the Prs likely to start after geind

becomes FORZ…. first Pr could be just an

introductory Pr…. But what will come, imo:

- Nike contract?
- nfl contract?
- reverse merger with g tech?
- big box store contract?
