"New" is relative.

Is it new to shareholders that haven't seen it yet? Yes.
Is it new in the general scheme of public knowledge? No.

It's just the fact that it was circulated and exacerbated to the Nth degree. And, in my opinion, was manipulated by a group.

But, if you are saying to me, he just needs to put out a PR... I would say, it would be nice.
