I guess you have never heard of the Bloomberg Terminal, never mind actually using one. You can chat to CFO's, CEO's, and general managers of fortune 500 companies. Of course, it's only for professionals and those who can afford the price tag.

You can literally chat with the CFO of Target on a Terminal.

Not only that, but me emailing Michael about things is the same thing as him going to a chat platform... what's the difference?

And frankly, the CEO should not be chatting up with just a few shareholders and leaving the rest in the dark. He's a lawyer...he should already know this and even if he was not saying anything regarding CATV business on-goings (which is unlikely, the whole point of having such a board) it's simply bad form...

Agreed, and same holds true for Ziv Turner with OWCP who held private convos with a shareholder or two, and a recipient of those convos self-declared himself to be the IR team, then made statements like "I can't share...." on stock boards. This is why that shareholder's trades in CATV and OWCP should be reviewed to see if they occurred after the convo with ZT and prior to MFs public appointment as CEO.
