Nothing has been filed to indicate that anything has changed.

We are informed of attorneys involved and Patrick having sellers remorse and legal papers have been filed.

I believe I read a post (now deleted?) where Patrick said the SEC (or was it the TA?) was going to lock up the shares until the dispute is resolved.

I foresee months to years of wrangling over this and no good outcome. I don't even thing a speedy settlement is in the works if one party was to capitulate.
