You are absolutely right !!! Just question ? Do you have to sell them within 90 days by Sec 144 rule ? as my broker told me you have to sell them within 90 days from the day become tradable so that I didn't want to continue the procedure of freeing the shares before long time ago as I don't want to sell them as I think NSAV worth much more and James keeps adding a lot of values to NSAV each time with one of the demanded technology service in very near future
