I wasn't asking about the consideration from Cytodyn to Pestell.

I am asking about the consideration from Pestell to Cytodyn.

Contracts require consideration from both sides to be met, otherwise a contract is void, which appears to be the crux here.

Prostagene was bought by Cytodyn why is there a Prostagene entity suing Cytodyn.

Did Pestell turn over the whole company or did he get paid millions for vapor and keep assets and a company name/ Trademark after it was all said and done ?

In the end, what did Cytodyn get for it's millions ?
