where's the part about stealing from shareholders and getting caught for unjust enrichment? that I don't see in your history report.

Biggest problem with the points you posted: they are all straight from NP’s mouth and it’s well established that we as investors cannot trust his claims. NP ha s always run CYDY like a piggy bank, even asking that his yearly pay include a percentage of the funds he raises. How ridiculous is that?

Nearly every CC, he repeats over and over the story about how HE saved CYDY. But somehow when the failures mount, HE’S never to blame.

'This is not the way we raise money for shareholders. They don't deserve that.'

In retrospect, one has to note that [my understanding of how this often works in small-cap/OTC, could be wrong] the company could have and we can argue that it should have done an offering last year when the stock price shot up to $10. So many companies wait for such a moment, to dilute and raise money. I recall Cytodyn did not. We can say it was a bad/foolish financial decision of Nader, or they were too slow to do it before the short attack.

But the decision if taken as deliberate would support the above principle and conviction of the man. It may have been based on his determination that we can obtain financing based on stronger result-based news rather than on the backs of a flurry of new investors.

The argument that Nader stabilized the company may be true, but the complete narrative cited, references NP on NP, with no independent confirmation. It is spectacular to have a case attempted to be built in support of NP. Falls way short on independent verification of alleged facts( according the the known liar), so we have that. Unfortunately, all veracity of the case is lost when relying on the “ends justifies the means “ argument in an attempt to absolve him from the multitude of subsequent lies and failures. Moreover, the proffered case for NP cannot stand by any ethical barometer.

So, IF NP saved the company from BK and maybe he did, the argument is that self dealing, lies and other failures are OK? What about he hit his competency in raising money and just happens to be a failure in all matters related to Pharma execution. The case for that argument is more solid than “ he should be allowed to run amok” , because he put financing in place. Great be an advisor. Get performance shares for new money, but let an experienced pharma Executive take over leadership who can execute in the Pharma space. There is ambiguity with your case, but there is no ambiguity with all the on the record lies and failures. He may be able to raise money, but he sure cannot find the truth or run a pharma company.

The “ he saved CYDY from bankruptcy only to BK the company himself” is not a viable argument… nice attempt.

stockorus - this a great outline. Agreed, this was probably not the best time for any settlements to happen go the other way but when it rains it pours. Considering the latest SP drop and other 'legal' matters plus that poor formed letter from the FDA, CYDY could have been in a worse position.
This chapter of CYDY's history needs to close and fast. Real fast.
