CYDY/ NP has officially reached cult status. As cited earlier, terms like I feel, I smell, I sense whatever the flavor of the day, as juxtaposed against real hard irrefutable facts of failures, including more lost lawsuits and precious cash down the drain.
Now we are delivering NP/CYDy to “godlike” status, as if merely faith in a stock will send its shares soaring or keep the CEO from bungling, well… everything he touches ( see report card below and it all is on the record and can be VERIFIED).

Integrity- Fail - self enrichment lawsuit, Magistrate rebuke, revenue promise in Philippines
Trials - Fail - FDA said so in a scathing, unprecedented press release.
Finances- Fail - toxic dilutive loans and rebuke of recent SEC filings.
Communication- Fail- incoherent messaging burying the important info, a 5th grader could develop better PR headlines. Lie after lie in PRs and videos. That also falls into the integrity category.
Strategic moves - Fail - Philippines compassionate use, In USA as well as NP wasted valuable time and energy pursuing EINDs until FDA direct CYDY to to proper trials. Then failed on trial designs No UK LZ beat us there, No Canada, no Mexico , lost fax, No Philippines.
Execution- Fail - RTF on BLA submission, video finally came clean (we hope) on why….poor quality work on submission , Trial, design, dosing design etc.
Anyway it is sliced or diced the NP on the job training experiment is an abject failure. There is no factual support for NP, a thesis proven by each attempted defense, absent of facts and dripping with emotional feelings of how things might be. Hope is not a business strategy.
