No, every OTC scam was on a run during the WSB created bubble on the OTC.

Here is an example - ENKS 
Enerkon Solar (GM)

Went to $2.45 and now it has been suspended.

That was on Feb 08 2021 - NPHC went to $0.0158 on Feb 24 2021

Here is a stock that was on the greys SKTO went from $0.000001 to $0.0016 on February 25, 2021.

And the list goes on - NPHC didn't do anything to create a run it was the entire OTCM.
