in other companies yet?...


short track record...


DPW showed income in their

recent 10Q and a large chunk

was detailed as Changes in fair

value of investments held...


Does that look proper?...


Should changes in value of investments

still held be on income statement?...


Seems more like a balance sheet item...


But I am only asking after reading

thru only one time...

FRD-why is the 7/9 filing marked as 13D, shouldn't it have been a 13-D/A instead?Ault Global Holdings was already a 13D holder of 328,000 shares(per 13-D/A filing dt 6/29/21),so the filing on 7/9 should be just an 'amendment/change' in holdings(increase of 52,000 shares to total 380,000)rather than being a totally 'new' holding, right?
