Relisting will not be a problem......... NetList management not concerned with relisting..... the eye is on the bigger fish to fry. Relisting will take care of itself.
My message to Chuck, don't need GOOG or Sammy as a partial buyout (whatever that is). Already have SK as a partner. After deceit from both Google and Samsung I would not consider them for anything other than licensing and royalties from products EACH of them NEED from NetList. They need NetList to maintain their market share... not the other way around.
And by all means, go to another competitor....... but they won't. They cannot afford to. Cheaper to just pay up.
I hear you… SK HYnix was a similar hated advisory… now they are partners… Samsung was a friendly partner.. and just recently… they said something to the effect..” NLST was trying to make to much money” And now are the enemy…
When Chuck makes a huge deal…A JV.. or partial buyout or licensing deal.. as long as it brings home the bacon… I’m fine with it.. I’ll never buy another google product.. I use Yahoo search… their name is mud in my book…
