The recent acquisition PRs are on OTCmarket.com, they updated share numbers with OTCMarket yesterday, the acquired bank exists (have website and everything), they filed CPA audited FSs with OTCmarket. Most likely going pink current soon. O/s shares and float are very very good.
I guess it's worth taking a chance, risk/rewards are too good to be ignored, DYDD
