12m FLOAT can make it GME AMC type stock once it takes off as there are not many shares available to buy . It's not a shell for sure as they just acquired controlling shares of another bank. Also they have their own operation going on.

If you check OTCMarket.com, you would notice out of 497m, only 12m is unrestriced. This means the increase is a restricted share and probably used for this huge acquisition. If it was a mere dilution, the increase would be unrestricted for sure.

Of course, my opinion at this point is pure speculation but 12m float is great. Just wait for it to be pink current that they said going to happen soon.

so no there is no selloff and insiders are not selling:



it is a massive acquisition. this actually validates that they have the means to pay for the acquisition.


float is just 12 million shares.



this stock will be trading in dollars soon.
