Smart. The geopolitical situation for the U.S. is a mess, with the Taliban slowly but surely taking over Afghanistan, Iran attacking us in Iraq, and China getting more aggressive toward Taiwan and tell the U.S. that we don't have a rational policy and need to get one. Oil is up--inflationary, and crime is out of control. It all adds up to a very bad aura, and if there is any serious weakening of the U.S. dollar, look out below in the stock market.

Wade: do you mean 100% of your account is in short positions, or all shorts but lots of cash ? For instance 50% shorts and 50% cash ?
