Seems their o/s share count increased from 147m to 497m based on yesterday's update. This is a significant increase but if it is for the consideration paid for new acquisition, then it is rather a GREAT NEWS simply because it will validate that the news is not fake.
In the news release they did not mention as to how they are paying for. Anytime, this piece of important info is missing, people don't trust the acquisition news specially in OTC land. They should release that asap.
