You should check the chart.

HHSE was not "stuck at a penny for years". Within the past 18 months, I was able to buy a substantial position at 0.008, and we are now pushing 2c. And earlier this year, I managed to sell some in the mid-2c range, buying back even more in the low 1c range.

Stuck? I don't think so.

But I'll also add that this time is very different. I won't be selling in the 2c range this time. All buckled up until a DIME.
